Company Profile

My name is Frank E. Calciano.  I am the Owner and Chief Residential Appraiser of the firm Calciano & Associates.  I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 1985.  I received my real estate agent's right to appraise in 1987.  For the past fifteen years I have also been licensed as a general contractor and owner of Globe Construction Company in Eugene.  My responsibilities include coordinating and designing remodel and new residential  construction projects.  I have also been active in management, job estimating and on the job carpentry.  Before Globe Construction Company, I was co-owner and Vice President of Oregon Domes, Inc., which designed, built and sold domes for residential use.  This company was also involved in real estate investment and development in which I took an active role.  I have experience with several partnerships owning residential and commercial properties in Eugene and other areas.  I am currently a licensed real estate broker in Oregon.   I am also a state licensed appraiser in Oregon doing appraisal work 100% of the time.
